We hold personal data supplied by you at time of purchase in the form of your name, address, contact phone number and email address, along with serial number of any Vaporiser you purchase on the basis of our legitimate business interests.

This allows you and us to track your parcel delivery and maintain a record of supplied serial number of devices for traceability in the event of a warranty claim or product recall. We store data for as long as needed in accordance with applicable laws.

We also maintain supplementary data on order history for any item you purchase.

We do not store credit or debit card details.

We will only share relevant customer details with the manufacturer of the Vaporisers, Storz & Bickel GmbH, if required for a warranty claim or product recall.

We will also offer you the ability to sign up to our mailing list for future product information and promotions. This is at your discretion, and you will not receive such communications unless you opt in. Once you have opted in, you can choose to opt out at any stage.
