By accessing this website and/or placing an order for the and/or its accessories (“Vaporisers”). You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as set out below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using the Vaporiser.  We recommend that you should download them and retain a copy for future reference if required.

These terms and conditions are intended to apply only to contracts entered into by you as a consumer (i.e. you are wholly or mainly acting outside your business or profession).

The Vaporisers are manufactured by Storz & Bickel of Grubenäcker 5-9 78532, Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg Germany.  It is distributed by Therismos Ltd, trading as Newgrove Pharmacy (“we”, “us” or “our”). Our registered address is 9-10 The Courtyard, Buntsford Drive, Bromsgrove, B60 3DJ. When we use the word “you” in these terms and conditions, we are referring to an individual who accesses this website and places an order for a Vaporiser.  

When an order has been submitted, we may reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.

TERMS OF USE

The Vaporisers are regulated and sold as a conduction/convection extraction medical device intended solely for the purpose of vaporising and inhaling cannabinoids from hemp flowers (cannabis flos) which have been prescribed by an appropriate specialist physician in accordance with applicable laws.  The Vaporisers should not be used for any other purpose.

By purchasing a Vaporiser you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years, and that you agree to use the Vaporiser in accordance with the instructions for use provided with the product and available from Downloads – STORZ & BICKEL (storz-bickel.com)  (“Instructions for Use”).

 
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, neither we nor Storz & Bickel have any responsibility for any use of the Vaporisers which is not consistent with the Instructions for Use.  Such use of a Vaporiser may also void any applicable warranty and may constitute an offence.

The information contained in these T&C’s is not intended to be a medical or prescriptive guide or to be used for diagnosing or treating a health problem or disease.  The Vaporisers should be used only as directed by an appropriate specialist doctor in accordance with the Instructions for Use.

If you are pregnant, breast feeding or diagnosed with epilepsy, a heart condition, respiratory disorder, allergies or other medical conditions, you should seek the advice of a doctor or other healthcare professional before using any Vaporiser.

If you develop any new symptoms or pre-existing symptoms deteriorate while using a Vaporiser, you should promptly contact your doctor or other healthcare professional.

The Vaporisers and all products used for vaporisation must be kept out of the reach of children at all times.
